| Person who actually studies nutrition: | They're both wrong. Your body can only properly process a certain amount of protein per meal/hour, so over indulging is pointless and bad for your body. As for under eating and starving yourself, your body east away at muscle as well as fat when you do that, which slows down your metabolism and makes it harder to lose "bad weight". So basically, eat 6 times a day, drink water and exercise. You can't fight what you eat, but you can't only focus on what you eat. It's how you eat, and when you eat. |
